My Favorite Things Summer Camp - Sensational Sliders - Day Two

My Favorite Things Summer Camp is all about new ideas for me. The glitter for Day One was a challenge and Day Two was about Slider Cards. For the Sensational Sliders Challenge, I do not have that handy die set that makes all the perfect openings for the slider action.  I realized that the Blueprints 8 did have a narrow die that would work.  I used the MFT Grassy Hill border dies to create the two levels of grass.  Then the Rolling Hills border die gave me the nice fence to finish it off.  I stamped the horse from The Whole Herd stamp set three times, masking as necessary.  Then I did a mirror image of the horse for the one on the left.  I added a party hat and the stack of hay.  After I cut out the slider track, I realized I could just glue that to the card to cover the backing.  It moves very easily with the rest of the card mounted up on foam.

Here the horses are in the low position.  This was fun to make and certainly adds an element of action to the card.
